My goal is to foster the development of strength—both mentally and physically—and to help people improve 1% through each interaction, creating a space for growth, learning and overcoming challenges.

Why mental?

I built Mental because I know what it’s like to be at rock bottom. Just a few years ago, I was there—trapped by addiction and poor mental health, feeling lost without hope. I founded this gym to help others find the same path I took to rebuild my life. Here, physical fitness isn’t just about gaining strength; it’s a tool for reclaiming mental wellness, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

I’m different because I don’t just offer workouts; I offer guidance, accountability, and education that help you find your balance. I push you to discover your “Goldilocks zone,” where you’re not overworking, but also not underperforming. I’m not here to give you shortcuts—I’m here to guide you toward consistent progress, physically and mentally.

Mental is more than a gym; it’s a sanctuary. I pride myself on being both compassionate and direct. I help kids needing direction, adults needing structure, and anyone needing accountability.
