What Makes Me Different

I don’t just train the body. I understand the full picture—mental health, physical strength, daily structure, and long-term change.

I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (SUDC) with a degree in psychology from BYU. I’ve worked with:

For those ready to completely reset physically and mentally, we combine live workouts with real mental health coaching to help you take back control. Whether you're coming out of treatment or just ready to get serious about your goals, we meet face-to-face, and we go all in.

    This is a sample program and will be adapted to your location, availability, and specific goals. In-person spots are limited.

    This program will:
    ✅ Rebuild your strength, discipline, and purpose
    ✅ Help you build sustainable structure, habits, and confidence
    ✅ Give you face-to-face accountability and support
