Do Daily to improve 1%

Everyday slow down and look to build self-improvement. It's tempting to dive into grand gestures of change. Yet, I've learned that the real secret to growth isn't found in these big leaps, but in the small, consistent steps we take every day. This approach, inspired by the homie James Clear and ATOMIC HABITS, emphasizes atomic goals and sustainable habits. Imagine the impact of just 1% growth daily; it's a testament to the power of consistency over intensity. Just stay going, self-discipline.

On the physical front, I've adopted a simple yet effective routine. It includes what I call a daily 'exercise snack'—a quick mix of 50 jumping jacks, 5 squat jacks, and 5 push-ups, complemented by weight lifting 4x per week, a protein-rich diet of 100g daily, stretching 5 mins a day, sleep monitoring just to look to always optimize, and staying hydrated with water and electrolytes, not to forget the essential vitamins that I credit a ton to my sobriety. This holistic approach, credited to the insights from Andrew Huberman and DAN GO has transformed my physical well-being. Small simple, have a plan, be disciplined in the plan. Simple.

Mentally and spiritually, I've embraced practices that ground and enrich my life. A two-minute meditation, daily journaling, soaking in sunlight, taking walks, practicing affirmations, and giving myself a high five in the mirror each morning, following the guidance of Mel Robbins and Rick Rubin, have strengthened my mental health. Spiritually, I've found solace in personal and serenity prayers, expressing gratitude, defining daily purposes and goals, and reaffirming my ethos out loud, all inspired by the teachings of Ryan Holiday and Robert Greene. These small, daily actions have not only shaped my body and mind but also nourished my soul, proving that consistency truly is key to a fulfilling life. Small and simple. Daily. Simple.
