I am often reminded of the quote, "Our days make up our lives." In the past, I've set goals and left them to be accomplished just by stating them, without analyzing what needs to be done. Now, I create simple daily goals that align with my larger objectives. Here are 10 reminders of what you should be doing in your day-to-day life to establish a fulfilling day, ultimately leading to a fulfilling life.
1. Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep; it's essential for your well-being and productivity.
2. Take Vitamins: Do some research and consider taking vitamins to support your health.
3. Morning Sunlight: Spend 5 minutes in the morning soaking up sunlight to boost your energy and set your internal clock.
4. Stay Active: Aim for 7-10k steps a day by taking walks and connecting with nature for numerous health benefits.
5. Stretch: Incorporate daily stretching into your routine to stay flexible and feel better overall.
6. Regular Workouts: Dedicate 3-4 hours per week to exercise and work towards your fitness goals.
7. Protein Intake: Consider consuming .75-1 gram of protein daily for a healthy diet.
8. Read: Make reading a daily habit to expand your knowledge and grow as a person.
